The Jordan Innovations Mil-spec Chassis Harness service is designed to address the growing rift between OEM electrical systems and the needs of automotive enthusiasts and competitors. Rather than throw 'good money after bad' modify the factory electrical system, we design, fabricate, and guarantee a brand new electrical system specifically for your application, manufactured with the highest-quality components for the desired functionality and absolute best reliability. To clarify, we define 'chassis harness' as all wiring and power control hardware in the car, minus the engine harness. This can include main power wiring (battery, starter, alternator), and always includes circuit protection (fusebox(es) or circuit breakers) and relays (either fully-potted Bosch-style or solid-state PDM's), as well as wiring to the engine/engine management, fuel system, lighting, cooling system, instrumentation, and accessories. 

We begin with a COMPLETE REMOVAL of the factory electrical system, including all wiring, fuseboxes, relay boxes, junctions, etc. No more huge, ugly bundles of plastic tubing running through your interior or fenders, no more oversized plastic fuseboxes scattered throughout the car ~ we trash it all. We then have an in-depth conversation between the customer/crew chief and Jordan Innovations, where we take your requirements and write the specification for the new electrical system in the most intelligent/efficient way possible. We are fairly unique in the motorsports electronics niche in that we take control of the entire process, from specification through production and support ~ you don't have to be an electronics expert to have a new wiring/electronics made, you just have to tell us what you want the car to do and how you want to interact with it. 

 With the specification in hand and parts ready (including any OEM plugs we might require from your factory electrical system), we manufacture the new harness and perform testing.  Once we verify it's up to par electrically and aesthetically, it's off to the customer!
